As a child, Bogdan dreamed of becoming a fighter pilot. Life took him first into software engineering, then into technology leadership, where he built teams, led complex organizations, and spent years mentoring and developing hundreds of people.

After leaving executive life, he returned to the goal that had never really gone away. He earned his advanced pilot and instructor credentials, purchased a brand-new factory-built RV-12iS, and created AeroForge to make modern flight training more accessible and affordable to the next generation of pilots.

Engineering taught Bogdan to break complex systems into understandable parts, recognize how those parts interact, and diagnose problems without guesswork. Leadership taught him that people learn differently—and that patience, trust, and clear feedback matter as much as technical knowledge.
